• Handle the sales cycle from introduction to closure
• Maintain and improve the relationship with the existing customers/partners

• Increase Globitel Market share in the assigned territory and penetrate new accounts/partners
• Research, monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Business Development Manager:
Duties:
• Develop the Business Plan for Company.
• Develop the Company profile.
• Prepare the contents of company Website. ( edit the information, update )
• Design a new Layout for Sales pipeline.
• Develop sales processes.
• Follow up with Account Managers to smooth the sales processes to close the deals.
• Arrange to held events for Oxygen’s products by coordination with marketing agencies.
Product Manager ( Microsoft, Trend Micro, and Graph east ):
Duties:
• Full Cooperation between company and vendors.
• Follow up with telesales of vendors and our sales team to keep the pipeline updated.
• Prepare business plan for Each Product (Microsoft, Trend Micro, and Graph east) for 2010.
• Provide all needed information about the products, to keep the sales team up to date and aware about all things is new.
• Pricing for all sales requirements, by getting the price from Vendors, or distributer.
• Share the updated pipeline with all vendors.
• Prepare small training plan for staff.
• Troubleshoot all customers’ that related to licensing issues by cooperation from vendors.
• Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services
• Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
• Build referral and lead generation network
• Develop the corporate brand strategy
• Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
• Implement business models so as to create new ventures
