- Ensure the nature of the soil and its suitability to the proposed
design of the foundations and bases according to the soil
investigation report.
- Ensure the implementation on the ground complies with the
design in terms of the locations of the axes, their straightness,
and their suitability.
- Ensure the framework’s safety of the columns, walls, and
slabs.
- Inspect the receipt of rebar, give an order to casting
concrete, and give casting instructions.
- Document all visits to the site, including minutes of the
meeting and Project’s action plan.
- Executing decoration work and following up on the work of
the sub-contractors.
- Bringing sub-contractors for pricing purposes and signing
contracts with the sub-contractors.
- Auditing the financial matters of the project and process the
bills of the sub-contractors.
- Bring the materials needed for the project to all contractors
at the best prices.
-Serving as the main technical adviser on a construction site
for subcontractors, craftsmen, and operatives.
- Review plans, drawings, and quantities for accurate
calculations.
- Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are
in accordance with the specifications.
- Hand over finished work.
