Promoted as Treasury Manager and took over the responsibilities of Treasury Functions. Lead the team of 4 persons. Look after the cash management process and control the Cash to CAsh Cycle. Lead the deparment with a team of 4 memebers and organized the account system. Took major role in implementing the ERP software BPCS. Did best efforts in applying the latest reporting tools to analyse the company's performance. Applying the latest standards in preparing IFRS. Preparation of Cash flows and budget forecasts.
Established the Accounting department in a newly established company, implemented policies and procedures for the department.
