a. Update of job descriptions: Communicate with department heads and coordinate with JD team to complete JDs for newly promoted staff and conducting JD completeness-and-recency audit.
b. Talent review: Coordination with TM team and manager for the talent profile completion, conduct of manager’s review sessions and implementation of IDPs for individuals in the talent pool
c. Employee engagement/retention: Implementation of employee engagement & talent retention solutions through Conducting ‘Stay’ interviews for talent employees and non-financial reward and recognition program

• Review and direct monthly payment of social insurance (GOSI) subscription.
• Follow up and implement the required procedures related to promotions and transfers.
• Screening, testing and selecting candidates.
