• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications to help close deals.
• Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records.
• Prepare Reports: Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making.
• Order Processing: Handle order entry, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Product Related Support: Providing Full support to the sales Team Related to product Enquiry Quotation, Performa, Submittal, Warranty Certificate, Technical Data Sheet Etc…
