Demand Planner.
§ Ensure monthly orders are in line with stock target and are placed on time with suppliers to reach stock availability target.
§ Follow up on updating order status sheet to expedite late shipments and avoid Out Of Stocks.
§ Analyze the root cause of OOS to reduce the same and ensure that customer orders are not affected.
§ Analyze reasons for excess stocks and communicate the reasons to Account Managers and Category Managers to reduce the financial impact of stock holding on the company set targets.
§ Analyze remnant and slow moving stocks and initiate with Account Managers and Category Managers liquidation
§ Plan the order size and process with the suppliers logistics teams to capitalize on new launches, promotions and initiatives
Coordination on a day to day basis to facilitate stock availability for deployment of monthly initiatives
§ Carry out reliable, quick & smart analysis on various aspects of the food business to enable value addition to the decision making process
§ Establish metrics and key performance indicators, monitor on going performance against set goals
Forecasting and budgeting .
§ Lead the sales forecast process
Elaborate the forecast for all regular products Collect and challenge sales and marketing's information for new products Coordinate and animate the sales forecast validation (demand review meetings)Ensure the timely and complete upload of the forecast data in the system Control that forecast valuation is in line with the budget data.
§ Ensure forecast is in line with previous 12 months history after adjusting promotions, new initiatives, and seasonality and price changes to ensure stock target is not exceeded and is at its optimum levels.
§ Work closely with Budget holders to support the analysis of monthly variances and coordination of the budget realignment requests to the donors and advise Finance section for any revision.
Marketing
§ Managing the Marketing Budget.
§ Managing the yearly Marketing Plans for four countries.
§ Assisting in BTL (Below the Line)Marketing Activities.
§ Handling New Product Launching Ceremonies .
§ Assisting in Exhibitions preparations .
§ Attend Conferences and workshops.
§ Manage the sales and the shipping for the four branch.
§ Prepare internal reports regarding the sell in and the sell out reports.
§ Oversees training of finance staff and provides technical support to country programs and logistics.
§ Makes frequent visits field and implementation partner offices to verify their financial reports and provide training to their staff on internal procedures and requirements.
