Al Masaood Bergum, is a modular construction and Off-site building manufacturing and contracting company operating in UAE and KSA Major Responsibilities: 1- Managing and monitoring commercial performance of ongoing. projects from inception to completion. 2- Managing company cash flow by monitoring and overseeing invoicing, expenditures and collections 3- Implementing cost control procedures and monitor / control the same on regular basis and give advice on corrective action which needs to be taken to management 4- Negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors 5- Managing and guiding a team of quantity surveyors, and overseeing all work flow 6- Following up on outstanding accounts and overdue balances recovery. 7- Preparing company budgets (revenue and cost of sales part). 8- Preparing commercial reports and monthly management company performance report. 9- Direct reporting: Commercial, Quantity surveying and store departments 10- Managing store inventory and overseeing minimum stock levels in relation to projects in the pipeline

Major Responsibilities:
Ensure all aspects of project delivery are executed according to schedule, budget and conforming with the company and project standards and guidelines, this includes:
1- Planning directing and tracking of project execution progress and adapt work as required.
2- Monitor schedule, cost and budget.
3- Managing and coordinating relationship with client and stakeholders
4- Overseeing all incoming and issuing outgoing correspondences and submittals
5- Determine needed resources (adequate manpower, equipment and materials) within budgetary limitations
6- Pre-qualify negotiate and hire subcontractors responsibilities
7- Monitor cost to date and cost to complete in relation to budget
8- Prepare progress and cost reports.
- Overseeing Day to day operations within ongoing projects
- Preparing Technical proposals, Bill of quantities and financial offers
- Preparing correspondences, claims and submittals
- Coordinating with designers and checking execution drawings
- Working closely with the sales team to secure new contracts
Dasar was an interior contracting Jeddah/KSA, part of Arabian international companies group (AIC), A mega steel structures fabricator, contractor and multi investing company . Key Responsibilities 1. A project-based contract job, reporting directly to the president and CEO of the group . 2. Solving all issues (technical and commercial) of several ongoing and pending projects and successfully handing over to clients. 3. Handing over multi-million-dollar Modular housing furnishing project in Damam - KSA
Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all on site matters including: day to day operations, liaison with client, maintaining planned progress in addition to staffing and directing of site engineers 2. Fabrication and installation technical consulting . 3. Following shop drawings, material submittals and approvals . 4. Responsible to inspect and maintain quality of material and installation . 5. Coordination with the commercial department to issue interim payment claims . 6. Coordinating correspondences to client and preparation of status reports . 7. Contributing in manufacturing and installation program planning
