 Managing Project Finance such as billings & payments to maintain positive Project Cash Flow.
 Developing and maintaining Project installation schedule.
 Strong Liaison with Consultants, Suppliers, Clients and Project team .
 Produce detailed overall Staff / labor requirements for the project.
 Monitor Material Procurement activities for the project.
 Managing coordination of all MEP Installations with civil works.
 Ensure that the project quality system properly and efficiently satisfies the requirements of the Contract.
 Ensure that the client is properly billed and those payments are received in a timely manner for the project.
 Issuing the Variations according to the changes made by Consultant / Client.
 Assist and coordinate the selection of the key staff required to fill both Technical and Administrative posts.
 To manage projects within budget, set time schedules, authorities’ requirements and company’s procedures.
 Coordinates between Engineer and Consultant during construction phase.
 Reviews design systems, materials, construction methods, equipment, etc. to ensure quality.
 Analyse all project costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and within budget limit.
 Monitors and directs, in collaboration with Project Management Team all site activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
 Prepares reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget, and presents to General Management with recovery plan.
 Assess and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
 Payment follow ups.
 Preparing final cost / close out reports upon handing over Projects.

 Collection of basic details and design of preliminary electrical distribution schemes for the complete plan for L.V. system
 Involved in Compressed Air system, Centralized Laboratory water system and Medical gas system.
 Coordinate with other system supplier such as AV system, Project Monitor and Digital signage system with lighting control & HVAC system.
 Based on the approved scheme, preparation of detail electrical layout / schematic diagram for low voltage distribution, power control cabling, interior / external lighting, lightning protection, earthing system.
 Involved in the installation of transformer, HT breaker and associated HV / LV cabling between substations to LV room for DEWA pocket substation.
 Design and preparation of shop drawing for lighting & power, F.A System, telephone block wiring, low current system such as P.A system, CCTV, MATV / SMATV, intercom system etc.
 Supervision, execution & maintenance for Fire Alarm system as well as Fire Suppression system.
 Conversant with computerized fire alarm system with graphic computer as command.

 Responsibility entailed in the area of design, supervision and execution of electrical projects for buildings and industrial sectors.

 Instrumental in installation conducting, wiring and other related works for intelligent control system covering application such as lighting control, dimming control and HVAC control based on automated control devices such as timer, occupancy detector, low voltage programmable switches, infrared remote control, photo cell connected to light sensor.
 Coordinate with the system supplier such as Nurse Call system and Bed head light.
 Preparation of drawing schedule, material procurement schedule, progress report and other related works with the project for weekly/fortnightly submission for the smooth execution of work.
 Material planning and follow up for the procurement for the same including quality assurance and control.

Monitoring the projects execution in laison with various principle products and allied interest.

Design, supervision and execution of electrical works at site per the shop drawing
Installation, supervision and execution of LV-panels, Control Panels of EOT, HOT & Gantry Cranes, protective and control relays, cable laying, earthing system etc.
Project planning, preparation of shop drawing and approval of same consultant.
Mobilization of sub-contractor and manpower required for the execution.
Preparation of the measurement sheet and monthly running bill.
Preparation of job status report, work progress report, material status report for the smooth execution of work.
Evaluation of technical & commercial aspect of tender.
