Maintaining & Upgrading the Company's QMS from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001: 2015 and main processes simplification and improvement.
Overlooking and improving the the Company's total Quality, Health, safety and environmental Management System (QHS&E)

• Establishing and maintaining the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (manual, processes, flow charts, procedures, work instructions and records) in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.
• Performing periodical audits over the internal parties to insure of its compliance with the documents and records control system.
• Preparing the Quality Assurance Audits System including:
a) Preparing the Audit Plan.
b) Preparing the Check List.
c) Preparing the Audit & Follow up Reports.
• Establishing and maintaining the emergency plan and other legal requirements as per The Work Law (no. 12 for the year 2003) and the Environment law (no. 04 for the year 1994) requirements.
• Testing the HSE Emergency Response Plan and the evacuation plan.
• Order suspension of activities that pose threats to workers' health and safety.
• Establishing and maintaining the risk assessment and determining the suitable controls to help protect workers from potentially hazardous.
• Investigate accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
• Investigate the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, and other conditions that could affect employee health, comfort, or performance.
• Develop and maintain hygiene programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring and ventilation surveys.
• Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and physicians to institute control and remedial measures for hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions or equipment.
• Conduct safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
• Provide new-employee health and safety orientations, and develop materials for these presentations.

Establishing Integrated Management system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007) for The Qatari Ministry of Municipality and Environment.

• Establishing and maintaining the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (manual, processes, flow charts, procedures, work instructions and records) in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.
• Controlling the process of handling all quality assurance system documents (integrated system) in H.Q. and all company branches.
• Updating the Quality Assurance System (integrated system) through taking the conducted audits findings results inconsideration.
• Performing periodical audits over the internal parties to insure of its compliance with the documents and records control system.
• Preparing the Quality Assurance Audits System including:
d) Preparing the Audit Plan.
e) Preparing the Check List.
f) Preparing the Audit & Follow up Reports.
• Performing and assisting the QA head section to perform the Quality Assurance Audits.

• Establishing and maintaining the quality management system (manual, processes, flow charts, procedures, work instructions and records) in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
• Preparing quality plans for different projects / contracts.
• Preparing, organizing and conducting quality training program.
• Preparing organization charts and job description.
• Controlling all in /out documents and drawings for the project according to ISO 9001:2000 as per clause # 4.2.

Other tasks:
• Design the suitable quality management forms, plans and specifications using the Oracle E- Business Suite (Oracle Quality Management Module (OQMM)).
• Entering and updating the quality results using the OQMM.

• Managing and directing the submittal team work performance on site.
Preparing planned submittal register according to the project specifications.
• Preparing and issuing the submittals according to the planned submittal register.
Submitting the preparing submittals to COE to get there approval.
• Updating and maintaining the submittal registers to reflect the actual status of the submittals.
• Contacting the sub-contractors to determine their submittal status.
• Preparing and controlling document control system to handling all the in-coming and out coming QC documents with high care to insure of its validity and to be easy saved and retrieved from its place whether these documents are soft or even hard copy.
• Preparing submittals periodical statistical report to the top management to focus on the last submittals status.
