- Owning the whole quality assurance program in Beauty Care Categories. Quality Assurance system in P&G consists of 19 Key Elements. Leadership, Process Validation, Process Control Strategy, Pest Control, Training, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Quality Incidents are part of theses KEs.
-Ensure the compliant with manufacturing regulations & legal requirements for Shampoo, conditioner & Oil replacement product.
- The Hair Care Standard Office & Tracking systems Leader are reported directly to me. One of my responsibilities is to coach him to improve his skills & direct him to achieve the business results. Also, I’m responsible to ensure proper handling of consumer/customer complaints & shelf quality measures.
- Four Department QA Leaders are reported functionally to me. My responsibility is to build their Quality knowledge Capability and to give them advices once needed.
- Leading the Quality Pillar for Dammam site (Building the Site Capability, Integrating with other pillars, Building the QA Culture, Deployment of the new Quality Systems).
- Leading the Deployment of the TrackWise System in Dammam Plant. This is an automated web based system to manage all quality related reports. This system is applicable for pharmaceutical industries and recommended by the FDA.
- Leading the deployment of many new Quality Pillar systems across the site such as “Quality Triggers, Finished Product Quality DMS” and many others.
- Responsible to comply with the quality & GMP requirements for Hair Care new projects. I participated in many projects: new packing lines, new floors, new making units, new staging areas & new QC Labs).
-Key person as part of the saving projects in Hair Care (Scrap Elimination, Cost Avoidance, Quality Related Losses Elimination.).
- Participated in many quality suppliers’ audit.
- Ensure the complaint with the Raw/Packing material & Finished Product storage conditions for Shampoo, conditioner & Oil replacement product.
- Owning the whole quality assurance program in Dish Care & Fabric Enhancer Categories (Process Validation, PCS, Pest Control, Training, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Quality Incidents systems in addition to many systems that managed by the Quality.
- Ensure the compliant with manufacturing regulations & legal requirements for Dish Care & Fabric Enhancer product.
- Two Department QA Leaders are reported functionally to me. My responsibility is to build their Quality knowledge Capability and to give them advices once needed.

- Approve, Distribute & Control the technical standard documents such as Formula Cards, Manufacturing Standards, Raw Material Specifications and all other documents.
- Handling & Investigating the Consumer & Customer Complaints.
- Owning the Shelf Quality Measure for all Dish Care & Fabric Enhancer Product.
- Ensure the complaint with the Raw/Packing material & Finished Product storage conditions for Dish Care & Fabric Enhancer product.
- Owning the whole quality assurance program in Dish Care & Fabric Enhancer Categories.

- Responsible to comply with the quality requirements for the new Dammam Warehouses. Many warehouses were built inside the plant and other was rent outside).
- Responsible to comply with the quality & GMP requirements for DCF new projects. I participated in many projects: new packing lines/ new floors/ new making units/ new staging areas).
- Ensure the complaint with the Raw/Packing material & Finished Product storage conditions for Dish Care & Fabric Enhancer product.
