Improving some processes and procedures to reduce cost, and evaluating all the maintenance cost items to recommend a "Make" or "Buy" decision to the top management
Managing the Revenue from the Technical Handling at Base and Outstations
Evaluating the different types of Technical Publications; SB’s, AD’s, SIL’s, VSB’s etc
Preparing the Minimum Equipment List
Participating in the preparation of the Customized Maintenance Program
Evaluating the different Repair/Overhaul offers for the Landing Gears/Components
Preparation for the Entry into Service of the A320 Family Aircraft, and participating in the Selection evaluation
Participating in the Aircraft Delivery/Redelivery projects
Reporting the SB accomplishment internally and externally.
