Job Responsibilities:
1) Design &Review of case study (& comments on load calculation w.r.t. Sub-Station & Generator capacity 500KW to 10MW 11/.415KV or 33/.415KV.
2) Review of Design for Electrical & Electro-Mechanical works.
3) Architectural & Electro-Mechanical drawing reviewing (if required).
4) Handover of all as built drawing Manuals and specification of the respective projects.
5) Equipment specification finalization with consultation of respective consultants.
6) Quotation Call Coordination with SCM department consent.
7) Technical part coordination with SCM & Vendor.
8) Ongoing projects EME work progress monitoring.
9) Effective project costing as per the BOQ.
10) Required papers support for Gas/Electricity connection.
11) Preparing and finalize BOQ of materials
12) Comply the Accord Alliance rules in perspective of safety.
13) Comply the BNBC code & NFPE code in all respect of design for Safe Operation.
14) Ensure availability of spare parts by sourcing from Local& Foreign Supplier to meet the Emergency of Production.
15) Ensure all types of Power supply system as per IEC Standard & rectification of all NC if necessary.
16) Prepare Stock List of consumable for all types Utility Machineries Like Boiler, Generator, Compressor for Factories.
17) Comply the Fire Fighting system as per Rules of Accord & Alliance.Prepare Maintenance Schedule of Utility Machineries successively without hampering the production.
18) Maintenance of Utilities Machineries like Boiler(200 kg to 20 tons, Coal Fired, Gas Fired, Diesel Fired, Thermal Oil, Dual Fuel type.
19) Generator (250 KVA to 1600 KVA, Gas Fired, Diesel Fired type) Pump, Lift & Air Conditioner (VRF & HVAC type)as well as all Electro-Mechanical audit & solution provider for RMG Section.
