Responsibility of 20 buildings of Mivida project. Finish work: Internal work including (Block- work and Plastering, Ceramic & granite for floor finishing -Polyurethane, Exterior work including Plastering and painting.
Responsibility:
Reviewing method statement and material submittals.
Approve the work done by the contractor to get the final approval from the Owner
Consultant by applying my technical skills as a site engineer, designer and to provide a
fast response to the up to date work conditions.
Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, building
codes, and specifications.
Inspect and monitor the finishing work of buildings (painting, steel doors (firerated) and
wooden doors.
Inspect buildings, wiring, plumbing and sewers, during and after construction for
structural quality, general safety and conformance to specifications and codes.
Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, and elevation of structures and fixtures
to ensure compliance to building plans and codes.
Issue NCR’s and site instructions for works are not compliance with project
specifications.
Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs.

Walls & ceiling steel repairing. Establishing of electricity & plumbing works. Carpentry works & decoration for doors, windows & flooring. Decoration of walls & ceiling (painting & wallpapers). Ceramic works for kitchen, bathroom & laundry room.
