Identify the necessary external training for all staff and provides in-house training.
Conducts site inspections to ensure compliance with safety measures and the scope of the Project HSE Plan.
Conducts weekly meetings with Project Managers / Engineers to discuss inspection results / observations and agree the action plan.
Conducts induction training for new employees and emergency drills
Reviews and ensures the preparation of daily inspection reports and Equipment Maintenance reports by the Technicians.
Reviews and ensures the preparation of Tool-Box Talk reports and Induction records by Safety Officers. And ensures that Site Supervisors/ Foremen are doing tool box talks Investigates incidents and accidents.
Coordinates with Clients / Consultants / HSE Manager on safety issues as needed.
Monitoring and managing daily HSE Practices, Regular inspection of sites and ensuring company's safety policies are being adhered to. Drafting safety policies, HSE plans and preparation of safe working methods.
P.P.E. Hand tool, mechanical tools and ware house inspections.
Conducting HSE audits and presenting recommendations, NCR/CAR/PAR for improvement.
Conducting training on HSE to personnel and organizing seminars, Promoting waste management program, Maintain and control safety documents, equipment, manuals and procedures.
Coordination with third party authority in order to get certification for lifting equipments
Development, promote, & communicate an effective health & safety system in an organization.
