Job Responsibilities: Manage existing customer accounts. Arrange phone meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businesses. Follow up with existing clients to handle objections and train clients on some system. Enter all the data gathered from meetings, calls, emails into the CRM in order to have better accounts management. Cold calling new companies to expand my company reach in the market. Identify, attract, and retain potential client or company. Research and identify companies’ solutions needs, and identify the services that best fit those needs. Engage in a reasonable degree of up-selling and cross-selling. Meet with upper management once a week.
