• Developing company Commissioning HSE System through development of manual, procedures, goals, KPIs, training packages.
• Ensuring that all relevant HSE requirements are incorporated into Commissioning in consultation with site management, HSE and commissioning team and that HSE hazards are eliminated or mitigated to extent Practicable.

• Provide advice to Project Engineering Personnel & Management on all aspects of Risk reduction, mitigation and safety engineering matters.
