Roles & Responsibilities:
Looking after Corporate, Commercial, Construction Disputes matters & Arbitration (English & International Section) Single
point-of-contact for all English speaking Client.
Advisory to Contractors and Sub-Contractor on Commercial & Construction Disputes on multi-million Qatari Riyal matters

Drafting & vetting Commercial Agreements, NDAs, MoU, Settlement Agreements, EPC/MEP/
Construction/Supervision/Turnkey Agreements, etc.
Drafting & vetting Statement of Claim for the Arbitration & other documents for the complete Arbitration proceedings
Participating in Arbitration proceedings with/without the Managing Partner at the Qatar International Center for
Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA)/Qatar Chambers of Commerce. Successfully win the claim in Arbitration (QICCA).
Advising on employment issues including codes of conduct and penalties, employment contracts and human resources
and administrative policies.
