Develop HSE Plan & HSE Procedures for supervision consultant and review and approved Contractor HSE Plan and HSE Procedures and ensure OSH Legal Requirements and COVID-19 precautionary measures to be incorporated and adhered on routine basis.
Ensure Contractor must adhere OSHAD, SRA and Client Contractual HSE Requirements to ensure safe working environment at project.

Ensure that all the identified hazards of the activities must be communicated with adequate control measures to the employees before work.
Closely coordinate with client and any external parties with regards to HSE
Review & Approve HSE Plan based on the OSHAD SF CoP - 53.1 and advise accordingly to develop it.
Review and Approve site set up and other logistic arrangements during the establishment of the construction project.
Ensure the provided offices are free from overhead movement and inspected and approved by Civil Defense.
Conduct joint weekly inspection with the senior staff
Ensure all the available plant & equipment must meet the requirements of CoP - 36 and free from defects while in use, maintain preventive maintenance programme.
HSE Professional with More than 11 years of combined work experience in occupational health safety & environment management in infrastructure, high rise building, substation, school projects. Conduct Investigation of incident/accident and interrogate witnesses to collect material evidence and to find out root cause of incident/accident and recommend relevant corrective action to avoid recurrence.
Monitor and ensure implementation of all Procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety and inspect work activities and equipment to ensure safe operation of plant and machinery.
Ensure all required documents for plant and machinery must be available before proceeding work at site and it should be updated time to time before expiry.
Advise Management on the contractual / local and International law requirements / regulations for Health, Safety and Environment.
Permit to work compliance and its specific precaution must be adhered, portable fire extinguisher must be placed at maximum allowable distance at conspicuous location in all area, emergency response team and their contact no at primary and secondary level must be displayed on notice board.
Monitors facilities and processes for adherence to HSE guidelines by conducting inspections, recommending corrective measures and ready for surprise visit/audit.
Ensure HSE Policy must be communicated to each employee, visitors and interested parties and record should be kept for future reference.
Conducting risk assessment for all works and job safety environment analysis for critical work based on the method statement and it should be duly approved by the client or its representative before start of job and briefed to workers.
