* Interacted with the client’s Business and IT teams to gather, define, clarify and refine requirements; guided the
architecture and design of applications
* Led large-scale business application architecture and design efforts; developed and maintained application
architectures for various business functional areas; resolved integration and interface issues between various
applications or systems with focus on optimizing application performance and scalability
* Engaged in performing IT upgrades Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Data Expansion and Management
* Designed the back-up plans & ensured scheduled / unscheduled backups as per the back-up plan; analyzed &
identified potential issues with computer systems
* Managing customer centric technical operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery &
service quality norms; ensuring performance tuning, backup & recovery, space management, user management
to the clients
* Working as advance systems administrator and spearheading installation, configuration, maintenance
upgradation, patching and hardening of servers and delivering 3rd line technical support for all IT systems and
solutions
* Defining IT strategy & execution roadmap and short, mid & long-term business goals, objectives, and operating
procedures related with governance, change, risk, value and compliance requirements
