1 Fright & Forwarding: Airports, Overseas, & Land
2 Managing day to day shipping transactions of the company.
3 Follow up with documentation of all incoming & outgoing shipments.
4 Preparation all required documentation for exportation & importation of all shipments.
5 Cost preparation and control of shipments to meet budgets.
6 Achieving all targets set by the company for the logistics department.
7 Following up dispatch and packing area
8 Following up Loading & Unloading of shipments, and meeting all safety and quality standards.
9 Following up Customs procedure.
10 Making Certificates of Origin for all out going shipments.
11 Courier packages follow up ( In /Out ) & AWB arrangements
12 Custom temporary entrance declaration system ( In & Out) started from import entrance up to export declaration release.
13 Managing the stores / shipping team and insure delivering the best performance.
