● Leading effort on a modules of a full SaaS HR platform including the following main products
● EPM (Employee Performance Management)
● LMS (Learning Management System)
● CDSP( Career Development and Succession Planning)
● Providing Coaching to a team of six located in Lebanon, the Philippine, and the United States:
► Setting objectives for the team
► Training team members on design. Development, conceptual, and creative thinking skills
► Taking responsibility of conducting training and providing guidance to Interns
► Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
► Manage any team conflicts, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
► Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments and exceptional behavior and mentor performance and career development
► Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
► Managing the recruitment of new hires including conducting round of interviews, and creating assessments to be completed
► Creating focus for the team on the tasks at hand
► Training the team on being customer oriented
► Conduct code and design reviews
► Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction to direct management
● Lead development activities, managing the time and quality of deliverable
● Define and agree with architects and product leads the suitable choice of technology and approach to deliver required functionality
● Scoping and estimation of development work
● Coordinate release and sprint planning
● Introduce new tools and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
● Working along other teams including Customers, Customer Service, Quality Analysts, Product leads, and architects in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle
● Responsible of designing, development, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining features to the application upon request
● Fixing system and client issues in the HR application.
● Contribution in the EPM "Employee Performance Management" module code rewrite
● Contribution in the customization of a new framework (ATLAS) based on YII 1
● Coaching and helping colleagues to achieve objectives set by the management
● Working on huge migration projects including migrate of the clients’ data path from the old database architectures into the new ones.
● Contributing to team knowledge with weekly training
● Participates in the development of guidelines and standards.
● Assists in complex unit test case development.
● Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software
● Participate in code and design reviews
● Mentor junior engineers
● Defining project objectives by analyzing user requirements; suggesting and development of system features and functionality.
● Designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting web applications using several technologies
● Providing training to the users and the technical support staff on the implemented systems
● Primary application developer responsible on handling all programming activities for the company’s websites and application starting from scope and requirements discussions till go-live
● Some of the Key Projects worked on is Noorex (A Real estate web application )
● Maintenance of all VATech Client Computer hardware, software and Network
