I am able of handling all sorts of accounts, trade, commerce, & industry. Present Responsibilities as well as able to Prepare:
Preparing financial statement, including monthly and annual accounts which includes:
- Balance Sheet
- Income statement/Trading & Profit and Loss Account
- Retain earning statement
- Cash flow statement
- Related schedule, Notes etc.
- Cash book, Bank Book, Ledger, Sub-Ledger and Trial Balance etc.
- All related papers, documents e.g. Debit, Credit, Journal voucher, Cash Memo, Challan etc.(For Manual Accounts Preparations)
- Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information.
Develop Inventory Management.
Monitor to Store Management.
Calculation of WIP
Monitor to Factory Cash Management.
Bank relations, Bank follow-up & related work including Bank reconciliation statement.
Prepare Budget & Variance Analysis.
Prepare Monthly MIS & Submitted to the management.
Master L/C, BBL/C related activities.
Analysis and Interpretation of Financial Statement.
Supervise all subordinate staff.
Information, Communication and Report submit to the Management.
Dealing with Tax & Vat authorities.
Prepare & Input chart of Accounts in Soft wear.
