 Maintaining basic accounts, Book keeping
 Daily Reconciliation of bank statements

 Helping the finance head in preparation of new accounting procedures & processes
 Reconciled discrepancies & Maintenance of Fixed Asset register.
 Generating financial statements, monthly & reporting to the finance manager
 Meeting the requirements of internal & external audit & preparation of Audit file as per the requirement of the auditors
 Handling payroll accounting required by the Group HR & as per the instructions laid down by the management. Double check monthly payroll computations made by payroll department
 Coordinating with the junior staff members in filing the documents to avoid discrepancies
 Prepares & maintained Suppliers reconciliation & ageing report for the same make a decision which creditors need priority payment.
 Prepares & maintained Debtors reconciliation & ageing report for the same and follow-up outstanding collections. Preparation of payment vouchers as per the FM’s instructions
 Input adjusting entries and monthly accrual adjustments.

 Prepare monthly bank reconciliations & Handle Petty Cash Fund of the company.

 Maintains and improved company schedule i.e. Fixed Assets register, Cash & Ledger Book, Prepayment Schedules and all Staff master list.
