DETAILED TASKS ASSIGNED:
Assist key personnel in all activities related to review of design and drawings and constructions
Assist key staff in reviewing / auditing Safety Plan for construction and O&M phases
Assist the Team Leader and other key personnel in review of construction methodology
Assist the senior pavement specialist in all activities concerning construction of pavement.
Assist in review of O & M manual
Assist in implementation of maintenance program
Assist key staff in review the quantity estimation / procession of the invoices etc for the entire project.
Assist the Team Leader in preparation of Progress Report.
Assist in reviewing the environmental management plan for the project highway during construction. And operation and maintenance phases
Assist in monitor and implementation of MIS
KEY QUALIFICATION
•Mohd Tauseef post graduation in Engineering, has more than 17 years of the varied and rich experience in execution construction supervision, road maintenance and management of various national & international highway and canal with the consultant, contractor and with govt department. Expedite the work with, policies strategy with current legislation standard code of practice, , ., construction supervision of SUPERPAVE HIGHWAY in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia deign of flexible pavement is based on superpave technology, quality control, project planning and execution .experience includes soil and material survey, geotechnical investigations and testing of materials for determination of suitability for highways, bridge and building works. Have also conducted extensive field survey GEOTECNICAL INVESTIGATION& laboratory tests .Have experience in achieving quality and progress of work .have all-round experience in all aspect of quality control quality assurance of Earthwork, Embankment, Sub grade, GSB, WBM, PC, and BC for flexible pavement and DELC and PQC for the rigid pavement as per Specification; Assist the Pavement Specialist in reviewing of construction methodology; Providing assistance in supervision of works at all stages including activities relating to laying of pavement as per drawings and specifications and management of site operations. Also, was responsible for the testing of all construction materials viz. soil, aggregate, sand, water, bitumen, steel, cement besides cement concrete. Also, was responsible for carrying out drainage filter, and concrete lining; Preparation of canal bed and paving of lining in bed and slope; Monitoring the physical and financial progress of works and their timely completion during the execution of the construction; Ensuring full Quality Control was exercised during the various phases of the execution of the project and experience in maintenance and quality assurance of Rigid pavement, flexible pavement and major, minor bridges, evaluating and adopting construction management technique and implement solution to problem
