In the Back Office of telecommunications networks, I have worked in the RAN and Microwave
(MW) departments and have been responsible for technical support, monitoring and follow-
up of network-related issues. In the Microwave department, in addition to working with Huawei
vendor equipment, I also mastered Ericsson equipment on a self-taught basis and, without
benefiting from a training course or trainer, I was able to acquire the necessary technical
knowledge and work effectively in this field. One of my notable achievements was registering
and publishing a Case on the Huawei Technical Portal, in which, by providing documentation
and technical analysis, I proved that a Power Issue can lead to Bit Error in Microwave links, even
in situations where the site is not completely unavailable. This achievement was confirmed by
receiving a Grade C from Huawei.I was also responsible for supporting logistics processes in
the Material department, which included delivering equipment from the warehouse to the
project, performing the Settlement process, and returning equipment from the project to the
warehouse. In order to develop my specialized knowledge, I succeeded in obtaining the HCIA-
LTE certification, and subsequently, due to my professional performance and effective
participation in the project, I was selected by the project members as the Project Hero at
Huawei in the second quarter of 2026.
