Key responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance to all related Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements within Mechanical Maintenance activities.
• Development & implementation of maintenance plans using SAP PM system within the company.
• Budget Planning & cost control with effective utilization.
• Modification & engineering of Plant Systems for retrofitting / Turnkey activities.
• Arranging PTW and LOTO for System isolation and Testing commissioning with Plant OEM.
• Risk assessment and Root cause Analysis for breakdown, trips and equipment failure.
• Timely Managing & Completion of tasks and Work order requests for Force shutdown activities by plant O&M team
• Performing and supervising the day-to-day field maintenance activities & ensuring that work methods are implemented and complying with the established standard and procedures.
• Attending urgent supervision requirements for Equipment breakdown and emergencies.
• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance program effectively and ensuring minimum disruptions to equipment breakdown.
• Ensuring effective equipment overhauling and servicing within planned schedule.
• Identifying necessary Materials, Critical Spares and External Services to execute tasks in an effective manner and carrying out Procurement and Replenishments of equipment and spare parts for the plant. Using ARIBA Software
• Ensuring up to date reporting to Section head and Manager.
• Supporting Mechanical maintenance section on identification of opportunities for CSI.
• Supporting Mechanical maintenance section documentation to comply ISO requirements.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of all types of routine, breakdown, and planned maintenance activities, to minimize down time for the equipment for increased plant availability.
• Familiar and using the CMMS & Go ARC system for Permit to Work activities.
• Plan and manage time and manpower for executing the annual and major overhauls and prepare overhaul work details of Plants/Equipment.
• To carry out engineering investigation of plant defects as necessary and undertake other engineering investigation and test work.
• To assist in the preparation of technical specification for contract works and undertakes technical supervision of contractors.
• To maintain of maintenance work schedule effectively and execute provide technical support & correction of equipment troubles with highest reliability &productivity in the maintenance of the plant. such as Turbine, Boiler, Pumps, Compressor, Conveyors, Chillers, Controls valve, manuals valves, Fans, Condenser, PHE, and many other equipment
• Ensure that the team adhere 100% to company s HSE training and procedure.
• Achieve an average of 100% efficiency in using manpower and other resource in executing maintenance work order, achieving Zero incident safety issue (Logout/tag out, near miss, and accident)
Key responsibilities
• Analyzed the drawing and allocated the space and material required for preparation of job at the erection.
• Inspect work safe procedure should be following.
• Interacting with the customers to understand their needs/ requirements while assisting them for the required services and maintaining customer relationships to build the future perceptiveness.
• Responsible for planning, management & execution of projects and look after all the activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installation, commissioning & site management.
• Instructed the supervisors and fabricators to carry the job according to the drawing.
• Inspected the job before handing over to quality control and responsible for preparing daily progress report (DPR).
• Interacting & coordinating with Clients for Quality parameters.
• Organize regular inspections & meetings to ensure the established standards & procedures are complied with the set standards.
• Ensuring target achievement as prescribed by the management through effective strategies & customer handling.
