Duties and Responsibilities as Sr. Procurement Engineer (Procurement Section In Charge) June 2012 to Present.
• Responsibilities includes, working closely with the supplier(s) and managing the Company’ s all procurement activities from receiving P.R, RFQ, Placing Purchase order to Delivery. Making sure that the Procurement Activities works within all of the company’s operational procedures.
• Handling the team of three members One Procurement Coordinator, Ware house keeper, Logistic Executive and follow up with various head of Departments
• Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
• Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material.
• Confirm the stock in the warehouse, and analyze whether ad additional quantity is required or not.
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.
• Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment
• Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.
• Arranging Procuring of materials for all the company functions.
• Expediting outstanding deliveries and keep end-users informed.
• Prepared, maintained and reviewed purchasing files, and reports.
• Checking the differences in quality, price, payment terms, and delivery schedule.
• Compiled and passed on the purchase records to the accounts department for billing purpose.
• Resolved invoice disputes in conjunction with accounts payable.

• Handling production, operation of the plant effectively, safely and economically and ensuring that products meet the requirement and standards.
