• Manage maintenance activities. • Develop KPIs that defines, measures, monitors, and tracks the maintenance activities performance on quarterly basis and prepare oral and written presentations to keep managers informed of unit performance progress. • Manage maintenance contracts and ensure high accuracy and integrity of service is performed on systems installed Kingdom wide. • Develop SOW for new maintenance contracts. • Review and conduct technical evaluations on new products and spare parts replacement related to maintenance service agreements. • Manage resources by performing frequent failure analysis to address the technical issues of a structure or system and provide cost effective solutions. • Analyze and monitor PM schedules to locate potential areas of performance improvement that will reflect on reducing maintenance costs. • Compare actual results to those projected in the maintenance budget and incorporate into the new plan the lessons learned from its evaluation of current operations. • Collect and maintain maintenance performance data for use in analysis reports, studies and problem identification. • Assemble information by extracting and arranging maintenance data in logical presentation sequence, using computerized and manual methods.
