* Provides the Chiefs, Field Education Program in (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, West Bank and
Gaza Strip) with professional guidance for the development and improvement of the
vocational and technical education programs in their fields.
* Ensures the availability of high quality training materials, equipment, tools, workshops,
appropriate training spaces and facilities by establishing standards and monitory norms for
consumable supplies and equipment;

* Follows up the placement of the training centers’ graduates with view to establish new
courses/modifying existing ones to meet the labor market needs;

* Organizes, in coordination with the Chief of the Institute of Education, an appropriate staff
development plan for instructors and senior instructors through in-service training courses
and through scholarships/fellowships abroad.
