Main responsibility:
Management all mechanical department requirements inclusive of Interviews for recruitment,
design documents forms, Distribution of work permit, Determination tasks, Developing
training schedules & planning of maintenance schedule of the plant equipment (Wärtsilä
Engine W18V50DF, GEA Westfalia Separators, MTU emergency Black Start unit, ABB
Turbocharger, SC Boilers, GD & SPERRE Compressors, WatMan Water Treatments,
Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Valves, Pipes, Radiators, Tanks, Dryers & Fans at Lube Oil, Fuel
Oil, Instrument & Starting Air, Charge Air, Exhaust Gas, Cooling Water, Fresh Water,
Supply Water, Oily Water, Sludge, Steam, Fire Fighting, Urea & SCR Systems), Attended all
construction phases such as installation, Inspections, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning,
Running & Performance Test.
Specific responsibilities:
1. Preparation of corrective & preventive maintenance schedule.
2. Preparation of mechanical (SOP) & check sheet.
3. Preparation of daily & Technical reporting.
4. Preparation of spare part list & tool list.
Main responsibility:
Do all activities during the shift of the power plant inclusive of planning and implementation
of plant operation, communicate effectively with all engineers relative to the condition of the
plant equipment (Wärtsilä Engine W18V32, AVK Generators, Alfa Laval Separators, SES
emergency Black Start unit, ABB Turbocharger, AALBORG Boilers, GD & SPERRE
Compressors, HYXO Water Treatments, Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Valves, Pipes, Radiators,
Tanks, Dryers & Fans at Lube Oil, Fuel Oil, Instrument & Starting Air, Charge Air, Exhaust
Gas, Cooling Water, Fresh Water, Supply Water, Oily Water, Sludge, Steam & Fire Fighting
Systems) and performance, and provide suggestions for improvements.
Specific responsibilities:
Execute assignments of all operations aspects of the power plant using total quality
management techniques, inclusive of:
1. Energy dispatch optimizing and coordination with NEPCO
2. Control room procedures
3. On duty planning
4. Routine maintenance (operations)
5. Bunkering and stock control of fuel (LFO+HFO) & lubes
6. Daily/shift reporting
7. O&M of the plant during the shift according to company policies and procedures
8. Start -Up, shut-down and normal operations of the power plant systems the execution of
lock out and tag out.
Responsibility: Give practical and theory courses in regards to welding & general machines.
In addition to overseeing the conduct of the training courses and follow-up plans and
Securing all supplies for trainers & do manager tasks in the absence of his presence.
Responsibility: Supervise all stages of installation of Gypsum and Gypsum Board production line &
follow-up suppliers, contractors & development of preventive maintenance programs &
verify all operational conditions
Responsibility: Execution all the operations & Maintenance tasks such as erection, rising, dismantling
and maintaining the construction equipments (Tower Crane, Passenger Hoist, Concrete Placing
Boom & cradle).
Graduation Project: Some Experiments on Friction Stir Welding of Aluminum Alloy 5454-H34 And PVC.
