• As a keen member in the IT Governance Committee, I am contributing in Business Continuity plan & risk management implementation as well as setting & improving Technical policies, processes, and procedures for different IT sections in PAS to cover and implement the 44 IT areas which are defined by the Kuwaiti Central Agency of Information Technology (CAIT).
• I can summarize my duties as follow:
- Implementing BCP which includes conducting BIA, Risk Management and/or Threat Modeling.
- Managing projects: Develop strategy, preparing RFPs, evaluating proposals, Conduct work, control changes, and close.
- Conducting quality controls (QA/QC) in order to monitor/evaluate success in performance and gain governmental compliance.
- Setting/Reviewing the policies, standards, guidelines, baselines, & processes to make sure they are still valid, efficient & effective.
- Clearly define roles, responsibilities & HR practices in the organization such as SoD, Least privilege, Rotation, training etc.

• I was holding a leading position for the IT Network Management and security dept., involved and responsible in the MOD projects and Data Centers for receiving, managing, and delivering optimal projects result, and to maintain the network of over 3000 users operating in 15 different locations with more than 150 active network components distributed all around the State of Kuwait including the military sites, where high standard technologies used to interconnect, secure and deliver the service required.
• Direct & Manage multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions and global best practice standards. Some of my leading projects are:
- Upgrading MOD IT infrastructure project (Cisco environment)
Cat6600, Cat29xx, Cat3750, ASA-5520, MARS, NAC …etc.
- Upgrading PAS IT infrastructure project (Huawei environment)
(FusionModule2000 modular data center, VDI solution, Cloud engine 12800, S7706 Distribution switches, S5720 Switches, USG6620 Firewall, as well as Sophos XG430 Firewall ...etc.
- Implementing finger-print solution project (in MOD & PAS)
- Interconnecting Military Hospital Project
- Interconnecting Naval Base and Air base Project
- Expansion the IT Building in MOD Project

- Implementing network solutions for Access, Distribution, and Core layers.
- Worked on Cisco routers (1804, 2600, and 2811), switches (2950, 2960, 3550, 3750 and 6500, 4500), and firewalls (PIX 525 and ASA 5520).
- Establishing Routing solutions through Cisco devices using OSPF, EIGRP, and other protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, STP, Vlans, VTP, Trunking, EtherChannels, log messages, high CPU utilization and parameters that can degrade Performance of the network.
- Apply Load Balancing and Redundancy structure between Core switches through HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP.
- Design, document, and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
- Provides detailed specifications and schematic engineering drawings for network enhancements and modifications. Develop documentation of all network components including setup, installation, and overall deployment.

It is a Leading ISP (Internet Service Provider) Company in Kuwait, and I worked in the Service
Deployment Department, With following responsibilities :
- Handling the office-work, trouble tickets, and tasks Assignment for the staff using TT software.
- Monitor, control, and evaluate finished tasks and staff performance.
- Track network incidents detected by Front Office.
- Coordination with other departments for updates and information.
- Follow Up procedures at MOC (Ministry of Communications) Exchanges for MDF (Main Distribution Frame)
patching.
- Perform Remote Site Access Control using SecureCRT Terminal.
- Installing, troubleshooting, and testing Internet, Corporate Networks, and ADSL for residential and small
business clients.
- Plan and Design suitable Wi-Fi network coverage at clients' area to ensure stable and reliable Data connection.
- Configure routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP and Static route) and switching (VLANs, VTP, and Etherchannel).
