• Managing and Installation of Cisco 7200 Series core router, Cisco 2960, 2950 L2 Switch, D link Switch, Manage up to Five Point to Point Lease Line Connectivity Through STM-1, Manage Wireless Connectivity, Installation and configuration of STM-1.
• Working knowledge of OFC, Leased and ISDN lines. Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of LEASED and ISDN modems.
• Coordinating with other vendors like BSNL regarding OFC, Conventional and ISDN problem and Loop testing form different nodes (Local and Remote Loop).
• Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of WAN link.

• Configuration of Layer 3 and Layer 2 manageable Switches. Manages VLAN Through L2 Switch. Creating
VLAN Managing VLAN & Inter VLAN routing.
• Implementation of WAN /LAN infrastructure in Nainital for Treasury network, DOP Network, Pollution Control Board network, High court Network.
• Managing and Monitoring the 12 sites of SWAN(State Wide Area Network) Project in Nainital District
• Co-ordination in Video Conferencing with three lines BSNL Leased line, Sky Blaster and DAMA line.
• Using Tools like TMVS, Wire Shark, What’s Up gold, Nagios for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for installing updating and scanning the network with Trend Micro Office scan online and uses Sysclean Utility to clean the systems on the network.
• Responsible for preparing reports (Weekly\Daily\Monthly basis) like WSUS activity report, down time report, Leased line report, Antivirus activity report, IP inventory report, Asset report.
