As a process engineer my responsibility is to
- Monitor the process operating conditions to be in the desired ranges
- Checking the product quality using Lab results
- Troubleshooting the process problems
- Monitoring the efficiency of unit operations
- Design and development of new projects in order to save energy and mass and increase the product quality and quantity
- Inspection of process vessels and equipments during factory overhauls to meet the required criteria.
- Preparing different reports of unit performance and production conditions for the Factory Manger.
Natural Gas sweetening and Dehydration unit.
Propane Clark compressor Refrigration unit.
Completion of Master's Degree by defense of thesis on the subject of Natural Gas Bypass Odorizer Simulation and Control. Department of Oil, Gas and Chemical Engineering Shiraz University Iran
