Setting and implementing the Department Ruloes and policies in accordance with the Companies Stratigies.

•Responsible for budget forecasting, P&L validation and KPI monitoring.
•Motivates, guides, and counsels the line staffs to ensure set targets are met, specific project plans are implemented, and administrative issues are concluded.
•Facilitates the staff training, provide safe, secure, clean and fair work environment
•Escalates technological applications requirements and constraints to the Management, supporting the Sales team to conduct the feasibility study by providing costing, KPI’s and SOP’s
•Ensure timely accurate Billing to the clients.
•Reviews the Interdepartmental, Inter Sectional and Client SLA’s periodically, recommends review of contracts and SLA’s where service levels exceed or cannot cope with requirements.
•Ensures company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. accounting, operational, safety, regulatory and administrative).
•Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
•Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and logistics programs objectives.

Sucessfully onborded Mega Pharamcatucla Clients (NUPCO) with over 80, 000 pallets worth of SAR 500 ML in Dammam and Riyadh in record timings and controled costs.

Sourcing and setting up to 12 warehouses over KSA to British American Tobaco including the Governmental approvals and certifications.

Setting up the 1st Private Bonded Area in KSA outside the port.
