Main job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions.
2. Train Sales Associates in best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our sales numbers.
3.Create positive and lasting relationships with out vendors and suppliers.
4.Increase product knowledge among sales associates and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives.
5.Take over management of junior staff as well as the hiring of additional sales professionals.
6.Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward.
7.Organize an outside sales program.
8.Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department.
Teaching tutorials for secondary students (private classes) physics, chemistry, math and computer,
and design a study plans and class schedules for the students through the semester .
Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
Plan and implement educational activities and events.
Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.
Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards.

Also experienced in java desktop application development, and very interested in the rise of mobile apps, native and hybrid. My graduation project involved the development of electronic secure goods delivery system and required research skills, consistently working to the highest professional standards drawing on experience and a wide range of technical expertise. Additionally an effective team player with excellent communication and organizational skills combined with a desire to succeed.
