• NAMARIQ Residency Complex - Yanbu, responsible for all mechanical works, design, shop drawings, material submittals, procurement and executive.
Main Duties :
- BOQ study and comparison with design drawings.
- Design Drawings study to coordinate with other departments.
- Design and execute HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Swimming Pools Systems - courses for HVAC & --Firefighting Design.
- Prepare mechanical calculations for HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing.
- Create Shop Drawings for Mechanical Systems.
- Prepare Materials Submittals.
- Execute all Mechanical works including HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing, Gas, Diesel, Chiller Plants & Irrigation Systems.
- Create BOQs and Ordered all required materials
- Manage Sub-Contractors & Labors in the site to control the whole process according the time schedule & site plan.
- Prepare VOs with all required supporting documents.
- Follow up Handing Over process for projects including As-Built Drawings, IOM & all related documents.
- Follow up with consultant and client for all details to keep them satisfied for performance and progress.
- Keep safety as a priority during project execution.

- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
- Fluid power control.
- Design of thermal system.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Elite Software Fire Fighting.
- HAP for HVAC load calculation.
- AutoCAD & Mechanical Desktop.
- MEP AutoCAD
- Pro-engineer program.
- Computer: Proficient in MS Office and internet.
• Al-Baik Factory - Jeddah: main contractor, responsible for all mechanical works, design, shop drawings, material submittals, procurement and executive.
• Project: National Training Institute Complex - Al-Ehsa, as s senior manager engineer & main contractor, major responsibility for Chiller Plant & External Networks (Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, Irrigation & Child Water Piping), including following up all other mechanical systems and buildings with junior engineers, and coordination with technical office for shop drawings & material submittals .
Three years in Jeddah as branch mechanical engineer responsible for estimation, pricing, design & site mechanical works.
Projects:
• Five big supermarkets (PANDA) in Jeddah, Makkah & Taif.
• Al-Marai Labor Accommodation in Jeddah.
• MOI - Care Center project as a main contractor in Jeddah & Riyadh, big project including around 20 buildings with many systems.
Responsible for fabrication of parts and following up production lines for military vehicles in KADDB
