 Network team leader for Qatar foundation network service delivery team who is managing all QF IT & OT infrastructure covering network, network security, MPLS, MBGP, DC/campuses/wired/WAN/internet/published services/Azure & Oracle clouds.  Managing and operating all related QF infrastructure and responsible on guaranteed services availability for all QF users including QF universities and schools, HBKU and all other QF users.  Handling all related activities for new projects and sites which will transition and handover by the team, attend all meeting and discussions for all new projects, POC, auditing, reviewing all documents related to all new activities, projects and validate and confirm everything covered from operation and service delivery perspective.  Full implementation and configuration for all backbone network and security devices and services, MPLS backbone, PE's, Arista and Cisco PE switches, Cisco FTD internet/DC/VPN/WAN firewalls, Fortigate cloud firewall, FortiWeb, Cisco WSA, Bluecoat packet Shaper, Symantec Bluecoat Proxy, FortiProxy, management tools Cisco LMS, Cisco Prime for wireless, Cisco CNPC, and many other devices.  Ensure MEEZA internal process related to all QF activities are executed and achieved following ITIL and MEEZA policies, SAC, CI's, transition and handover process, HPSM tickets and changes, NMS monitoring, IMAC, and many other procedures and processes.  Technical team leader and team management to deliver services and support to QF following professional approach.  Handling related network and security designs, operate, and support client projects, tasks, and support.  Follow the approval and project management procedure as per ITIL process.  Handling the migration of QF services to AZURE and Oracle clouds, attending all related meeting, session, and troubleshooting activities to build and provide highly expected services to our client  Project implementation, support, documentations, and design approval.  Working closely with all team members and with system team to build quick and right action to fix any issues related to QF infrastructure.  Project tasks, estimates eforts, CIS, and timesheet related to all projects tasks.  Assigning right resources for each task and project to achieve quick and right response to any tasks

Focus on designing, presenting and implementing network & security projects.  Build and Update documents related to network HLD & LLD, Security HLD & LLD, NRFU, and network & security infrastructure assessment encompassing network and network security portfolio.  Render technical support to the pre-sales team to build network & security technical guides and proposals, & any related documents based on business and operational requirements.  Conduct network and security assessment using Kali Linux with full reports viewing the current network infrastructure weaknesses, vulnerability, and the recommended solutions.  Implementation and configuration of all network and security related projects and tasks.
