Assist and participate in all project phases. Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED and Details Design.
Oversees and manage the review and approval of engineering documents, ensuring compliance with Projects specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices.
Develop and review specifications, including design criteria.
Reviewing detailed designs for all the mechanical systems, making equipment and material selection.
Reviewing detailed designs of process and control document as control narrative, cause & effect. IO list and Process description
Establish and maintain effective communication between the company and the design team to ensure the timely flow of design documents and information.
Perform and check calculations, specify equipment, and solve moderately complex engineering problems.
Review all the needed environmental studies, Hazardous area classification.
Oversee all the needed construction works according to the project`s deadline and budget, lead and maintain a compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Familiar with applicable oil and gas international standard and regulatory specifications, such ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, DEP and EN.
UG Piping (GRE, GRV, GRE and CS) Fabrication and erection
AG piping fabrication and erection (CS, SS and Alloy)
Supervising construction and commissioning activities in the interior in safe manner within budget, on time and accordance with applicable company procedures and technical specifications.
Follow up the implementation of the daily plan that was approved by the project manager according to the work guidance in co-operation with construction manager
Coordination with design team for any construction issues accordance with technical specifications
Experience in Fab Shop works (Piping Fabrication -CS, SS, DSS- and Steel structural Fabrication-Sunshade, Pipe support, Plateform )
Experience in service jobs, Maintenance jobs(Patch welding, Leak clamp, Scaffolding, All type of valves replacement, Integrity jobs, Pipeline replacement and plan for station shutdown or part shutdown with operations team(More than 30 station shutdown& More than 100 unitshutdown )
Knowledge in Welding, Hydrotesting & Painting Procedure
