• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regularly update financial forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial results, strategies, and risks to the executive team and board of directors.
• ERP systems familiarity and implementation experience: AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Responsible for managing and providing leadership to the Finance department, ensuring that all financial systems and reporting, internal controls, budgeting and analysis are conducted and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
• Leads the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, conduct in-depth analysis of financial results and provide commentaries for review.
• Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets and provide corrective action recommendations to management, where necessary.
• Drive business performance by engaging with the business managers to secure accurate forecasts and identifying opportunities for growth, cost efficiencies, and investment.
• Reviews current policies and procedures, Identifies gaps if any and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and review annual internal and external auditing schedules and coordinate audit activities.

• Accurate & timely preparation of budgets, financial reports, forecasting, cash flows and on-time monthly closing.
• Manage and monitor all accounting activities including general ledger, AR, AP, Payroll, fixed assets and period end / year-end closing process.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

2- Dar Al Salam Group Holding Company for Development and Real Estate Investment.
3- Yousef Nader Group (Large Whole-Sale Group in Food & Beverage).
4- Logicom Jordan (Subsidiary of Global Group in IT supplies).
5- Naseem Al-Dada (Key Electric Appliances Producer & Retail Distributer).
6- Al Murjan Holding, Al waad Holding, Bunyan Holding.
7- Complex Company for Engineering, Electronics and Heavy Industries (LG).
• Prepared audited financial statements and ensured that preparation and presentation are in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP.
• Participated in carrying out audit engagements for wide range of clients in Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, Finance, Service, and Non-for-Profit sectors. Such clients include public shareholding companies and international groups' subsidiaries.
• Performed and assisted in performing audit planning activities including: preliminary analytical procedures, understanding of the entity's business and environment, assessment of audit risks, determining planning materiality, and defining audit strategy and approach.
• Performed audit procedures and tests include: test of controls design and implementation, walk-trough tests, tests of controls, sampling and substantive tests (test of details and analytical testing).
