Main Duties :
* Develop & prepare detailed shop drawings
* Prepare Time Schedules & update them through the project .
* liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, owner rep. and subcontractors .
* resolving design and development problems .
* coordinate the civil works with the different electromechanics works in a project.
* submit & coordinate all kind of civil works with responsible consultant or the owner rep. .
* scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries .
* making sure the project complies with legal requirements, project drawings & specs .
* Prepare & write letters & responses directed to the owner rep. & consultant .
* Prepare payments of the project & submit them to the owner rep. .
