 Responsible for the process of on-boarding selected employees in an efficient manner including but not limited to coordinating joining logistics, advising employees on their benefits, entitlements, company policies and procedures and ensuring complete familiarization with Labour Laws and company policies to advice staff on related issues.
 Follow up with new joining candidates to ensure that the staff is settling in without any complications (at the end of the first and third month) and obtain feedback directed at improving the on-boarding process.
 Undertakes HR related projects as and when directed.
