•Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.

• Assisting the Financial Manager in the formulation of policies and programs for the Accounting Department.
• Follow-up of receivables and payables to customers and suppliers and follow-up of rejected checks and check the age of the monthly receivables.
• The adoption of the monthly value of commissions used for sales and marketing.
• Calculating the final costs for the L/Cs and the materials.
• Overseeing the procedures of the budgeting and periodic financial reporting, and auditing information and figures contained therein and referred to the Financial Manager.
• Checking and auditing payroll transaction (earns & deductions) records for compliance with company's Policy (on daily basis)
• Audit new hires entered into the payroll system.
• Perform daily payroll department operations; posting changes in pay and miscellaneous changes.
• Calculating and recording payroll deductions.
• Processing requests for paycheck advances, loans and processing terminations (accruals)

• Participating in periodic inventory of fixed assets and stock items and ensure the adequacy of provisions and impairment provisions and the safety precautions taken to protect the funds of the company.
• Supervising of the issuance of bonds of exchange and the preparation of checks related after confirmation of the authenticity of the documents attached.
• Preparation of final accounts of the company and ensure completion on time, and to inform the Financial Manager.
• Follow-up the income tax and auditing the financial year with income tax Auditor assigned by the income tax department.
