Job Description: OPERATION AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Trouble Shooting of Electrical system i.e. PLC( Pneumatic & Hydraulic), Injection Molding Machines, HT/LT Switch Gears Control Relays, UPS & Breakers . Instruments installation as per drawings Thermocouple, RTD, DP Transmitter & Temperature Controllers etc. Daily Monitoring of Electrical & Electronics Equipments. Maintenance and Troubleshooting the Control Valve, Pressure & Temperature Guage, Pressure Switch, Pressure safety valve and Motorized Valve. Maintenance of Air Compressor & Dryer . Clear under standing of electrical / schematic drawing, Testing of protection relays . Knowledge of electrical equipments in hazardous area. High and low voltage power generation and distribution. Maintenance & Installation FDB, MCC and Utility Panels. Over hauling of all kind ac and dc motors, power supply and sensor control system motors. Maintenance of Electrical Control Panel and power factor control. Maintenance the Spot welding/projection welding/mig & trig welding and Stud welding machines. All kind of wiring (3 phase and single phase) including building. Maintenance of 11 KV, 1500 KVA, 1250KVA and 250 KVA generators and control system. Installation of tube lights, lamps and all other Electrical Goods 1 phase and 3 phase I So 9001(Qms) & ISO 14001(Ems) related jobs To maintain the Plant Equipments. Planning & implementation of Equipments Preventive Maintenance.
