Managing projects taking into consideration budget and time constraints.
As the Director of Maintenance, I have been able to direct, supervise and manage many departments to include Quality Assurance, Safety, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Engines, Airworthiness, Aircraft Component Overhaul, Technical Training, Communication, Navigation, Avionics, Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance Planning, and taking care of human resources welfare and management, Auditing the Maintenance Organizations for fixed and rotary wing Aircraft, Also managing the technical facility to upgrade Aircraft in coordination with the OEM..
During my work as the chief of technical training branch, my responsibilities included preparing, monitoring and managing the whole technical training department including the financial budget, also managing the technical assistance program provided by the U.S Government.
When I was in the United States working as a liaison officer for Aircraft Maintenance and Upgrade in Utah, it was a great experience for me working in a multilingual and multicultural environment as there were about 22 countries working together and coordinating as one team, the System Safety Group was one of the most important departments I worked with to include the safety of flight and improving technical regulations to enhance safety.
