My major responsibility includes:-


1. Organize recruitment process, such as collection of application and CV from different sources, scrutinizing those arrange for interview with the higher management.
2. Prepare appointment letter obtaining approval of the authority for the successful candidates.
3. Opening personal file for keeping all the necessary documents of the particular employee.
4. Help new employees to open bank account.
5. Look after overall office discipline & as well as taking disciplinary action.
6. Prepare promotion, increment, termination letter & training schedule for Rtv employees and outside trainees after the approval of the higher authority.
7. Help to widen HR manual, policies, through organizational policies, strategies & procedures.
8. Keep record of employees leave & attendance and submit to the higher authority as per requirement.
9. Forward monthly absent list to account department for deducting salary.
10. Any other task assign by the higher authority time to time.
