Duties: Work Management, Structural Work, Inspection Building Construction Work- PC Erection, Vertical Check of PC, Re-bar fabrication works and Work Quality.
Achievements: Under of our Management team, Sub contractor had 500 Workers including Engineer, Foremen, and Supervisors. Project is 836 PC Buildings. Each Building had 10th floors, each floor12 unit Apartments and almost 1350sqm. We are working 12th Building together and beginning each Building take to complete 4 month, end of year we are achieve to complete less than 3 month. Were we talking about saving time, we are actually saving money and making profit.
Report: I am report to team Manager.
Duties: Project Management, Preparing Soft drawing and modifying were required, Structural work, pilling and R.C.C Work.
Achievements: My weekly and monthly work schedule and hard work make possible to complete the project 6 month before from schedule time.
