Job duties:
• Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
• Manage resources; distribute clear assignments, plan and balance current and future workload and deadlines
• Work closely with the Presales team to respond to clients RFPs in regards to technical issues.
• Provide an expert judgment to project sponsors regarding projects scope and schedule and revise statement of work documents.
• Confer with clients to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs.
• Analysis business requirements and translate them into new system features.
• Supervise the design, development and delivery of the new system features or new projects.
• Set estimation for the assigned projects and develop relevant projects plans.
• Provide coaching, conflict resolution and technical support to team members to ensure achievement of plans and objectives.
• Give the necessary assistant for the support team to troubleshoot complex issues occurring at client site.
• Translate detailed specifications/functional requirements into structured applications programs, scripts and network solutions.
• Code, test and troubleshoot complex programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Team for testing programs and software applications.
• Work closely with Product Management team to prepare product description documents and products road maps.
• Work closely with technical writers to prepare products manuals.
• Prepare scope statement and requirements specifications documents.
