Recording daily expenditures according to invoices generated from suppliers, Drafting Cheque, Maintaining PDC, Making Quotations & invoice as per requirement, Keeping good relations with Customers & all other stakeholders, Providing Company with new new tips & tricks, Maintaining profit & loss statement, Studying the bill of quantity, Investigating drawing generated by the customers, Controlling Inventory Management, Serving the customers according to their inquiries & prospects, Making salary sheet of the staffs, Emailing & browsing for the company's need, Making agreements between the customers & company for work & service purpose, Drafting cash memos, Maintaining petty cash, Following up customers for different purpose, Recording accounts receivable & accounts payable, Maintaing profit & loss statement, Reconciling bank transactions, Maintaining chart of accounts ( Ledger), Controlling inventory & payroll system, Proacting in lieu of reacting & so on.
