Performing operation & maintenance in Fire & alarm system field. Installation of Smoke
detector, heat detector, Gas detector, switches. Cable laying for all the detectors. Installation of
Fire alarm Panels. Loop check for fire alarm system and function test. Performing in maintenance
of water treatment plant’s instruments like level transmitter, analyzer transmitter and on off
valves. Overseeing the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire and gas
detection and protection systems in industrial facilities, such as petrochemical plants, refineries,
and power plants. Managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all fire and gas systems are
installed and maintained to the required standards and regulations. Conducting regular
inspections of fire and gas systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and identifying and
rectifying any faults or issues. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
for fire and gas systems, including scheduling regular tests and inspections. Liaising with other
departments and stakeholders, including project management, engineering, and health and safety,
to ensure that fire and gas systems are integrated with other systems and processes in the facility.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, regulations, and best practices in fire and gas
safety and ensuring that systems are upgraded and maintained in line with these developments.
Developing and delivering training programs for staff on fire and gas safety and emergency
response procedures. Preparing reports on fire and gas safety systems, including status updates,
test results, and recommendations for improvement

Planned and coordinated electrical activities in the site. That's means but not limited:
Pulled, dressed, terminated and connected power cables, control cables and instrumentation cables between each item and concerned MCC. Installed electrical cable trays, lighting fixtures (normal, emergency and escape), exhaust fan, ventilators), Lighting and Heat Tracing cable.
Pre-commissioning all cables including mechanical completion, cables continuity test and Cable insulation test); Pre-commissioning all electrical and instrumentation equipment.

Monitor Daily/ Weekly/Monthly Progress. Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activity Report as per Project Specifications. Coordinate with other Discipline. Attend Daily PTW Meeting. Supervision of Switchgear and Switchboard Installation including Cable Pulling, Glanding & Termination. Coordinate with Engineering Regarding Revision Drawings and as Built Drawing Installation of Electrical Support and Cable Trays. Installation of Motors and Controllers. Fabrication of Lightings and JB Support .Installation of LV Switchgears, Distribution Boards .Installation of UPS, Battery Chargers & Batteries. Installation of Lighting. Electric Heaters & Heat Tracing. Earthing System.

Perform supervisions of the installation on safety factor of instrument works which involved in cable pulling, Insulation testing & termination, installation of Panels relays, Grounding and supporting to testing and pre commissioning activities and ensure that all the works comply drawing and applicable standards and specification. I am fully conversant with P&ID Diagram, Loop Diagram, ILD process flow diagram and hookup &isometric diagram. Having knowledge of deferent type of system like Honeywell Rosemount system, TDC 3000, Yokogawa DCS CS 3000, Triconex ESD system Bentley Nevada (3500) Vibration monitoring system &Probe installation. Having sound knowledge on safety factor with in Hazardous Location and instrically safe equipments.

Preparing the loop folder. Well experience of installation of instrument according to P&ID and Hook up diagram. Well experience to calibrate & configure the smart series instrument. Good knowledge about the workshop calibration of instrument. Performed in Calibration and maintenance of pressure and temperature gauge, RTD, Thermocouples, Level troll Flow meters. Preparing test reports and certificate & Technical & commercial Bid preparation excellent skill in fault analysis and rectification in control system and field device. Performed in the area of vibration. Adjustment of probes and also simulate by TK3.calibration of all transmitters like TIT, LIT, FIT, PITand control valves like, PCV, FCV, TCV, AOV, MOV.

Termination, modification, preparation of schedule and co-ordinate with the consultant for daily inspection. Hands- on experience in Calibration, loop checking, trouble shooting of instruments, I have good command on Pneumatic Instruments as well as Electronic Instruments like Differential Pressure indicator, Level, Temperature Flow Transmitter, Control Valves, Controllers, Pressure, Temperature, and Flow & Level Switches. Safety valves, Analyzer Transmitter, I/P converter, Flow meter, Load Cell. Well experience to calibrate & configure the smart series Instruments also good knowledge about the workshop calibration Instrumentation with HART & FF Communicator (EMERSSON 275) & Druck Calibrator.
