Job Scope and Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Document Controller
• Key person to establish and maintain central filing system from all projects payments, billing advice and memo by setting up and controlling project and non-project reference library from source system of NAVA and SunSystems to Microsoft-based tools e.g. Sharepoint and OneDrive.
• Provide the ability to control all documentation flow, filing, archiving and documents for project handover activities.
• Provide a review of all the final documentation being generated in Project and Support mode in both hard copy and electronic versions by all parties to ensure that all contractual requirements met before documentation done.
• Responsible for examining documents such as blueprints, solution proposals, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of project data.
• Dedicated specialist for Finance Department - Cost Recovery Audit for year 2022 and 2023 and in appealing Cost Recovery Audit findings for year 2011-2021.
1. Functional Consultant
• Subject Matter Expert prioritizing support for stakeholder's financial activity for over 150+ companies onboarded and
incorporate application feedback.
• Supporting over 300, 000+ transactional per year across all 150+ companies onboarded while identified causes of
finance transactional problems through research and analysis and developed and deployed effective solutions quickly.
• Matter specialist leading OpenText Functional Team while collaborating with both Technical and SAP ERP Team
undertaking monthly financial standby by proactively find creative solutions for any issues arise like ravishing a
refresher session for existing stakeholders and business partners.
• Explained troubleshooting procedures in a clear and understandable manner to help clients to fix minor-to-moderate
IT application or system issues.
• Managed Tribe’s Delivery and Operation Excellence for any Cybersecurity Incident and the availability of application
during Critical Business activities with 99.98% system availability and no incident of High Severity for year 2023.
• Act as 3rd level support to complex support issues and problem management case by performing functional and/or
technical support for all released ERP applications as per defined SLA.
• Execute application support and release/maintenance activities as well as deploy implementation of
solutions/enhancements while adhering to Enterprise policies, procedures and standards covering ERP access control
and other security baseline.
• Perform project/enhancement implementation works from inception until successful completion covering full project
lifecycle including Solution Proposal, Business Requirement, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing
and Production Acceptance testing.
• Adhere and comply to planned departmental financials including revenue, costs, and profitability margins within the
division by executing both Projects and Support within the allocated budgets.
• Enforce the implementation of applicable companies’ procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory
and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard
companies’ interest, image, and reputation.
